MFC Celebrates 15 Year Anniversary

A huge THANK YOU to everyone who joined us to celebrate our 15 Year Anniversary! August 8, 2026 was a milestone we’ll never forget. We celebrated 15 years of good food, cooperation, and community, as well as the next exciting chapter for Medford Food Co-op: the official purchase of our new property at 166 Loyalty Way – the future home of MFC. What began 15 years ago as a shared vision for a community-owned grocery store has grown into something so much bigger. MFC has grown into a place where neighbors connect, local farmers and producers are supported, and good food brings people together. We’re incredibly grateful to everyone who joined us for our anniversary celebration and helped make the day so special.

Our new property represents more than a piece of land, it represents possibility. It’s a place where we can put down deeper roots and continue growing alongside our community for years to come. From our owners and shoppers, to our staff, local farmers, producers, and community partners, this next chapter belongs to all of us. Thank you for being part of the Co-op’s story for the past 15 years and for helping us imagine what the next 15 years and beyond might look like. Here’s to growing roots together.
