Alexis Gossage

Alexis has a rich history in natural and Co-Operative grocery, having served as a Co-Op Grocery Department Manager and Board Member, as well as a Nutrition Consultant and later Floor Manager for a long-standing, family-owned natural grocery store. She holds a degree in Nutrition and Culinary Science and Management, and hosts a background in Organic agriculture, farm to table foodservice, food chemistry, product development, and sustainable animal husbandry.

Alexis has been a member of the Rogue Valley and Medford Food Co-Op since 2017, works for the Jackson County libraries, and is passionate about giving back to the community through service. During her previous tenure as Secretary for a Board of Directors, she assisted in successfully transitioning her former food Co-Op through an expansion and move, amidst other major challenges. Alexis strives to continue supporting her local Co-Op and food network in hopes of encouraging a vibrant, healthy community.
