The Annual Election will begin on Friday, April 17, 2026. Owners with valid email addresses subscribed to our contact list will receive an invitation to vote via email. The link to the ballot will be available here shortly after the election goes live and voting instructions will be available at each checkstand for all active Co-op owners throughout the election cycle. The election will end on Saturday, May 2nd at 11:59pm in conjunction with the Annual Owner Meeting to be held on Sunday, May 3rd.

Voting in the annual election is the right and responsibility of every Medford Food Co-op owner – and an opportunity to express your voice.
