HOLIDAY DINNER SWEEPSTAKES OFFICIAL RULES
No purchase necessary. Making a purchase will not increase your chances of winning a prize. Medford Food Co-op’s Holiday Dinner Sweepstakes begins on October, 28 2025 at 8:00PM and ends on November 23, 2025 at 11:59PM.
ELIGIBILITY: The Sweepstakes is open to all Southern Oregon and Northern California residents in the following counties: Jackson, Josephine, Siskiyou, Lake, Curry, and Klamath, who are 18 years or older at the time of sweepstakes. MFC staff members and their immediate families are not eligible.
HOW TO ENTER: Entries will be accepted at medfordfood.coop by submitting your name and contact information on the entry form. Must be 18 or over to enter. Entrants who do not win the gift card can re-enter each week. One entry per person. Submission of more than one entry each week for a single person will disqualify all entries for that person.
WINNER SELECTIONS AND ANNOUNCEMENTS: Every Monday morning, one winner will be randomly selected from that week’s entrants. One winner will receive a $250 gift card each week. All potential winners must meet all eligibility requirements set forth and comply with these official rules to qualify for the prize. Winners will be featured on the sweepstakes page.
ODDS: The odds of winning a prize depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the sweepstakes period. No cash redemption. Prize is non-negotiable and non-refundable.
CLAIMING PRIZES: Following the announcement, MFC will contact the winning entry each week via the provided contact information. Winner has 48 hours to arrange pick-up of their prize from Medford Food Co-op (located in Medford, Oregon) before an alternate winner is selected. Proof of age and/or identity may be required to collect prize. If a winner is unable to accept their prize as described for any reason, the prize will be forfeited.
