The Board plans and provides the agenda for each meeting in advance of the meeting date, with the most recent Board agenda available to view on the Co-op website. Owner issues and/or items for discussion should be brought to the attention of the General Manager or Board President prior to the scheduled meeting time in order to be included in the agenda. Medford Food Co-op's Board of Directors meetings are generally held on the third Monday of each month from 5:30 to 7:30pm at Medical Eye Center, located at 1333 East Barnett Road in Medford. Please note: due to the pandemic, Board meetings will be held via Zoom until further notice.
