Drinks
French 75

Ingredients 

  • 2 oz gin

  • 1 oz fresh squeezed lemon juice

  • 2 tsp sugar

  • Prosecco or sparkling wine

  • Garnishes: Lemon spiral

    • Cocktail cherries

Directions

  • Fill cocktail shaker with ice. Shake gin, lemon juice, and sugar in a cocktail shaker until chilled, approx. 15 seconds. Strain into champagne flute.

  • Top with prosecco. Stir gently, garnish with lemon spiral and a cocktail cherry.

Hurricane
Ingredients

  • 2 oz dark rum

  • 1 ½ oz white rum

  • 2 oz fresh squeezed orange juice

  • 1 oz fresh squeezed lime juice

  • 1 oz passion fruit syrup

  • 1 tsp grenadine syrup

  • Garnish: Orange wheel

Directions

  • Fill cocktail shaker halfway with ice. Add rum, orange juice, lime juice, and both syrups.

  • Shake for 30 seconds and strain into a tall, 8 oz glass. Garnish with orange wheel and serve.

Pimm’s Cup
Ingredients

  • 2 oz Pimm’s No. 1

  • ½ oz fresh squeezed lemon juice

  • Ginger ale (to top)

  • Garnishes:

    • Cucumber slice

    • Mint sprig

    • Strawberry

    • Lemon wheel

    • Orange wheel

Directions

  • Add Pimm’s No. 1 and lemon juice into a highball glass over ice, top with ginger ale and stir briefly to combine.

  • Garnish with a cucumber slice, mint sprig, skewered strawberry and lemon and orange wheels (optional).

Absinthe Frappé
Ingredients

  • 1 ½ oz absinthe

  • ½ oz simple syrup

  • 2 dashes anisette

  • 2 oz soda water, chilled, to top

  • Garnish: mint spring

Directions

  • Add all ingredients except soda water into a cocktail shaker with ice and shake until well chilled.

  • Strain into a large snifter over crushed or pebble ice.

  • Top with soda water and stir briefly and gently to combine.

  • Add more ice to the glass forming a mounded top.

  • Garnish with a mint sprig.
