Medford Food Co-op’s Board of Directors, comprised of up to nine community members, plays a vital role in the success and sustainability of our cooperative. They provide guidance, strategic planning, and oversight for the Co-op.

The Board of Directors determines whether or not the Co-op pays a dividend each year based on profitability and the need to retain capital to ensure the Co-op’s future success. Based on profitable sales in 2021, the Board of Directors is distributing a portion of those profits as a patronage dividend.

October is Co-op Month! Celebrated by cooperatives nationwide during the month of October, National Co-op Month is an annual opportunity to raise awareness of a trusted, proven way to do business and build resilient, inclusive communities.
